OVERVIEW

The MBUS Pro Flip Up Back Up Sight has been created to make sure that you have a great flip up sight that will not let you down in the field. This Rifle Sight is a Melonite-finished all-steel back up sighting solution that delivers maximum functionality and strength with minimum bulk at a price that's even smaller than its size. The dual aperture, windage adjustable rear and no-tool, elevation adjustable front excel in all 1913 Picatinny rail mounting applications, including rail-height gas blocks. Positive detents keep the MBUS PRO Tactical Rifle Backup Sight at standard AR sight height when deployed, and so low when they are stowed that you'll never notice them until they're needed. The narrow width of the MBUS Pro Sight is compatible with most IR aiming laser and light installations for the professional user.

FEATURE

MBUS Pro sights will mount on any MIL-STD-1913 Picatinny/STANAG 4694 rail, including rail-height gas blocks. The rear sight has dual apertures and features a low-profile knob for easy no-tool windage adjustments, and the front sight features a no-tool elevation adjustment knob.

The MBUS Pro Front Sight features a steel, rectangular sight post selectable between Match and Standard widths. Match width is 0.40" for increased precision, while Standard width is 0.60" for maximum stability.

The MBUS Pro (Magpul Back-Up Sight) is a corrosion resistant all-steel back-up sighting solution that delivers maximum functionality and strength with minimum bulk at a price that's even smaller than its size. The steel case is hardened and finished with Melonite QPQ for extreme resistance to wear and corrosion.

Positive detents keep the MBUS Pro Front and Rear at standard sight height when deployed, and so low when they are stowed that you'll never notice them until they're needed. The narrow overall width of the front sight is compatible with most IR aiming laser and light installations for the professional user.

About Katana

What is a Katana ?

A Katana (かたな) is a Japanese sword that is recognized by its curved blade with a single edge. It has a guard (Tsuba) and a long handle that is made to be held with two hands. The blade measures about 24 in (2 shaku) and it is the weapon of the samurai who carried it with a Wakizashi, this forming a Daisho.

Can you own a Katana in the US ?

Katanas are considered knives and governed as such by state laws, so it is perfectly legal. In the United States, you must be 18 years old or have clear parental permission before owning a Katana.

Whether or not you can carry a katana outdoors depends on the state you live in, and we recommend that you check your state's laws for yourself. In general, it is forbidden to carry the sword openly in public, and it must be in a special bag or secure case.

Is the Katana battle ready ?

Our Katanas are forged traditionally by craftsmen. The polishing is also done by a master so that the blade is sharp, and you can perform Tameshigiri cutting. We also offer a razor sharpening option where our master polisher will spend a few extra hours on your sword so that it cuts like a razor.

Do you ship worldwide ?

We deliver worldwide. However, we invite you to check in advance the conditions of purchase and import of weapons in your country. We cannot check the regulations of each country at every moment and modify our countries served according to that.

Are the Katana full Tang ?

All our Katanas are full tang. We forge the swords by hand and the blade continues into the handle in order to provide better strength and resistance during practice, but also to respect the Japanese know-how.

How much does a real Katana cost ?

A Katana made in Japan with the famous Tamahagane steel by a Japanese blacksmith in the tradition usually costs between $5,000 and $15,000. However, there is a lot of confusion around the Katana, as there are also antique Katanas that are traditionally forged and can be found second hand for $1000 and up depending on the state.

You can also find traditionally forged Katanas in other countries with other steels also very qualitative for a few hundred dollars. In our store, we offer Katanas starting at $200.

What about the delivery ?

Worldwide Free Shipping. No worries for the customs!

Concerning the delays: It takes 7 to 21 days in general. It depends on the complexity of the craft.
