SOME KEY ASPECTS IN RAILWAY

Design

The advantage of this design is that the optic has an overall very low profile, with just the window being the most prominent feature. The Railway Red Dot Sightsight can be mounted on any 20mm rail weapon. The Railway Red Dot Sight w is also advertised as a race gun optic, race guns being the highly decked out custom competition guns often outfitted with a ridiculous assortment of accessories. For a traditional tactical weapon, this optic is much too large for a pistol.

Customize MOA

One feature you find really interesting is the ability to swap out LED bulbs to change the MOA of the dot. This is something any user can do, and this allows them to customize the MOA in different sizes including, 2 MOA, 4 MOA, 6 MOA, 8 MOA, 10 MOA, 12 MOA, 14 MOA, and finally 16 MOA. So your reticle options are not exactly limited in size. The reticle has eleven total positions, 2 are designed for night vision, 1 for general low light situations and the last 8 are for daylight.

50 and 100 Yards

Sighting in was very easy, and the infinite adjustment for windage and elevation made it very easy to get on target and hold for any habits the shooter may have.

At longer ranges, the optic still performed quite well. At 50 yards it was like shooting fish in a barrel with man sized targets, but at that distance the reticle covered smaller targets like clay pigeons, but it was still possible to hit them with a few tries. At 100 yards man sized targets were again nothing, and static headshots weren’t incredibly difficult.

Target transitions were also a breeze, Due to the open design, and using proper two eye aiming techniques it was a hair faster than most optics. The open design allowed the user’s peripheral vision to catch the target as the user transitioned. This prevented the user from over shooting the next target and aided in getting not only on target but onto the chest cavity.

About Katana

What is a Katana ?

A Katana (かたな) is a Japanese sword that is recognized by its curved blade with a single edge. It has a guard (Tsuba) and a long handle that is made to be held with two hands. The blade measures about 24 in (2 shaku) and it is the weapon of the samurai who carried it with a Wakizashi, this forming a Daisho.

Can you own a Katana in the US ?

Katanas are considered knives and governed as such by state laws, so it is perfectly legal. In the United States, you must be 18 years old or have clear parental permission before owning a Katana.

Whether or not you can carry a katana outdoors depends on the state you live in, and we recommend that you check your state's laws for yourself. In general, it is forbidden to carry the sword openly in public, and it must be in a special bag or secure case.

Is the Katana battle ready ?

Our Katanas are forged traditionally by craftsmen. The polishing is also done by a master so that the blade is sharp, and you can perform Tameshigiri cutting. We also offer a razor sharpening option where our master polisher will spend a few extra hours on your sword so that it cuts like a razor.

Do you ship worldwide ?

We deliver worldwide. However, we invite you to check in advance the conditions of purchase and import of weapons in your country. We cannot check the regulations of each country at every moment and modify our countries served according to that.

Are the Katana full Tang ?

All our Katanas are full tang. We forge the swords by hand and the blade continues into the handle in order to provide better strength and resistance during practice, but also to respect the Japanese know-how.

How much does a real Katana cost ?

A Katana made in Japan with the famous Tamahagane steel by a Japanese blacksmith in the tradition usually costs between $5,000 and $15,000. However, there is a lot of confusion around the Katana, as there are also antique Katanas that are traditionally forged and can be found second hand for $1000 and up depending on the state.

You can also find traditionally forged Katanas in other countries with other steels also very qualitative for a few hundred dollars. In our store, we offer Katanas starting at $200.
